The brighter the better. Red: Root and Spleen Chakra. Warms, energizes emotionally and physically (arthritis, frostbite, paralysis), grounds. Used by ancient cultures. Exhaustion, low Blood Pressure, detoxing and strengthening blood, muscles, kidneys, gallstones.
