Raven’s Mist provides the following payment options for your convenience:

 1.       PayPal:  Though PayPal you can pay with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express debit or credit card.  PayPal also allows you to use an E-Check, or funds from your PayPal account  balance.

2.       Stripe:  With Stripe you can pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, or Diners Club card. You can also use gift and prepaid cards that are one of the above types. Stripe orders may require 2-3 business days to complete payment before your order is processed.

3.       Checks and Money Orders (In US Funds only):  Make the check or money order payable to Bobby Rich (Not Raven’s Mist) And send to Raven’s Mist, 564 Cypress Ln, 11B, Greenville, MS 38701

 Please note that no additional fees or taxes are assessed to the customer when you order with us.


Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, product information received from our suppliers, etc, We will attempt to contact you by phone or email before canceling the order or item that is incorrect.

Price changes
Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website will be the most accurate and up to date.

Back Order Policy
When any item is put on backorder here at Ravens Mist, we will ship it out to you as soon as it comes in.

Return Policy:
RETURNS: If you want to return a product to Raven's Mist you must contact us within 30 days of receipt by emailing Allison@ravensmist.com  You must have the original invoice number to refer to.
Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.

DAMAGES: If you are missing any merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 10 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. Raven's Mist will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a packing error.Errors in shipping: It is the customer's responsibility to confirm when placing their order Raven's Mist will not be responsible for errors entered by the customer after the order has been confirmed by email. Raven's Mist makes its best efforts to ship the customers order as they so wish and have selected. On occasion, an error may occur shipping department whereas the method in which the customer has selected correctly is not entered. In the event this occurs, you should email allison@ravensmist.com and it will be fixed

Privacy Policy
Raven's Mist does not share customer information including emails, phone numbers, or postal mail addresses with anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any batch emails sent out will be only to notify customers of new or sale items as well as special offers and sales.
